Project Management – Problem Solving for Difficult Cases
Our conferences are created to inform companies about new technologies built up from applied psychology in order to resolve difficulties companies encounter in their project management tasks.
Faced with obstacles that can seem almost impossible to overcome if they cannot dispose of enough hours, men, logistics, or freedom of choice, managers of project teams can get discouraged, unsettling the entire team and jeopardizing objectives. Just as a commercial strategy can enable one to remain concentrated on pragmatic and financial questions, a strategy based on psychology applied to team management can help to maintain a fixed course, to remain concentrate and to not flounder when passing the rocks along the way.
Conferences use concrete examples of problem solving with this approach while also addressing the following themes :
- Identify the real objectives of the company, its clients and its project managers and how to reconcile diverging points of view, if necessary
- Build team spirit and efficiency over and beyond each member’s personal competencies
- Generate enthusiasm, motivation and creativity within the team all throughout the project
or around any other theme dealt with in the New Start® Career Engineering programme.
